I called today to get a quote and the live agent that I got was very nice. Ask me how my day was and all her routine questions. She was very patient. We stayed on the phone for almost an hour and a half trying to look for the best policy for myself And for my budget. She kept in mind my prize range and she looked to see what was the best policy for me. She was very nice and sweet. She went through extra mile to make sure that I was OK with the policy in the price range that I got and the coverage that I needed. Thank you Monserrat for all your help!!!
