Excellent Service.

I ordered a replacement filter and after following instructions for installation and flushing the system, I could not get it to work. After several emails back and forth with your support section, the replacement filter still would not work. John then sent an entire new system which worked perfectly. I feel John, in the support section, was very helpful and responded quickly.

I love the water and the combination faucet

I'm very happy with my new Apec RO system. I had the plumber install the tank and filters in the basement so I didn't lose any space under the sink.
Also had them connect the unit to the refrigerator and ice maker. Now I have clear ice cubes and good drinkable water in the frig door. I also bought the Apec faucet that eliminated the need to drill a hole in my granite. It looks great, works great and I didn't lose any space around my sink. I didn't know this faucet was even an option until I called your customer service to make certain I was giving the plumber correct information. I spoke to a very helpful man, I wish I could remember his. He told me about the faucet which solved a lot of problems with installation. And, the faucet is great. I like the way it looks and it operates very well too. I am very pleased with the entire purchase. And, the water tastes very good. I was using a distiller which is quite a bit of work and takes 4 hours to produce a gallon of water.

All was good. Except you sent to the wrong address, You corrected to the right address but too late. Took a few days to get here to MN. You made a credit adjustment and I thank you. But it would be nice to be able to talk to a PERSON that could give personal hands on help.

Placed order (and paid for order) for a complete set of replacement filters for ROES-50 on 4/25/25, and cannot find out from seller or shipper where my order is, or when I can expect delivery. Not sure what is going on at APEC, but this is NOT the quality of service I EXPECTED.

I ordered new filters on April 24th

I ordered new filters on April 24th, got notified on April 25th that they were shipped. I have checked the status everyday and the package has not moved. It is now May 9th and still no filters. I am very disappointed so far.

UPDATE:
The company reached out and quick shipped new filters to me. They were very kind and apologetic. The filters were easy to install and work great.

I replaced all six filters. I have two questions into support that I contacted via email and support phone number. I have not back yet and it has been 2 days. I’m not sure if I can use my RO at this time.

10" filter housing crack and…

I had a 10" filter housing crack and asked if the shipping cost could be reduced. I ordered the housing and the three basic filters which needed changing and shipping was free. APEC support also sent me a second package of the three basic filters at no charge! What a surprise!! Wonderful support!!
