I’m having problems with my screen

I’m having problems with my screen. My bike is only two months old and I’ve barely used it. The screen crashed during the software update (which your required to do). It took over 2 days for the software to download. It freezes, blacks out, and I get errors messages. The screen is under a one year warranty and customer services ignored my request for a new one. You can tell it’s being managed by a company overseas. Do NOT buy bikes from freebeat. Apparently peloton has the same issue with the screens. I don’t have any experience with that, but after reading reviews everywhere, it seems that it’s the case. I’ve decided to go with a manual bike so I don’t have to pay for a subscription every month and deal with the screen that doesn’t work most of the time.

Enjoying it

No issues with the bike. So far all I’ve taken is the cycling and stretching classes. Dalia is my absolute favorite for cycling. I love her energy, the mix of music and her intervals within the workout. It would be nice to have like a yoga flow class. Or maybe it’s already there and I haven’t found it.

Pay monthly fee forever or its useless

The bike itself looks good and operates well. But it’s basically useless unless you pay the monthly subscription fee. Without it you have access to no content whatsoever. They offer you nothing if you’ve just bought the bike other than the bike. You can’t even use the monitor for other things. Also, the customer service is utterly hopeless.

Very good bike

Very good bike. I purchased the Lit freebeat on 5/13/25. Was really worried about the quality but hands down a bike to have. Especially for the price.

My new favorite hobby!

I think the instructors are great! They are so supportive and positive and make the classes fun and easy. The music is great too. I have just started about a week ago and I can’t stop lol!just wish you could use other apps too but that’s ok, I’m more focused on what I’m doing.

The bike is amazing and beautiful

The bike is amazing and it's so beautiful I want to ride. The programming is amazing. I just wish we had more access to the Les Mills programming which is why it's a 4. The Trip and Body Combat are amazing. Love having the option of auto or manual resistance adjustments.

Customer service is nonexistent

Customer service is nonexistent. There's no phone number and email responses are a joke. I canceled my membership in October of 2024. My main account shows inactive but they keep charging me through one of the including free accounts and since the main account is inactive, it won't allow me to cancel the free account. I keep getting the same response via email instructing me to "simply cancel membership in order to avoid being billed"

Pleased with my bike

Pleased with my bike. Very easy to put together very sturdy. I like that it has several class options and has a little of everything. However the seat is incredibly uncomfortable I have two towels on it for protection otherwise it’s intolerable and I don’t like I’m unable to Bluetooth my phone devices so I can choose my own music though I understood that could be an option I have an iPhone and my husband has a Samsung and neither of use can seem to connect. Otherwise I would recommend.

This review is specifically for spin…

This review is specifically for spin classes. When selecting a class I want to ride to a specific music genre. Under all classes it will say "Hip Hop", "Pop", etc. EVERYTIME I enter a class the music is nowhere correct the the genre is says. This is extremely frustrating!! Can this please be fixed or an option to view full playlists be available before joining a class? Spin is ALL about the music and if I enter a Hip Hop class and they are playing 2000's Britany Spears I will lose my mind. PLEASE FREAKING FIX THIS.
