They sent the wrong order
They sent the wrong order. I dont want to bother repackaging and sending back. First and last time purchasing from this website. Plus the Escape bottle seems non genuine.
Their attempt to resolve wasn’t adequate. A 20% discount for the huge error isn’t sufficient. I don’t recommend doing business with them unless you want to return items. Didn’t even offer sending the correct item after acknowledging their error. Deceiving advertising!

Bought cologne. Was dropped off by FedEx at wrong apartment and never received it. Talk to someone name Mario that said they’d investigate it and should take 5-6 business days. It’s been 8 business with no response or nothing. $75 down the drain. Won’t be using again.

Don’t ever order from this company you will not get your item and they will not replace or anything. You will be out of $200 I knew I should have went to Macy’s. This is by far the worst fraud company ever
