Would give negative stars if It was an option.
Terrible service, have been waiting over 3 weeks for the kit to arrive....still waiting...!
This is for a Dog DNA test so I can only imagine the disappointment that would be caused if the human ones are processed the same.
QUICK DNA ... more like SLOWDNDONT!
Trying to get a refund is just as difficult.

This is not a legitimate company, these are thieves and scammers. Do not buy from them, you'll never receive the product your ordered or you'll receive something else that is way below the value of what you paid. You've been warned!

Ce sont des voyous. Ils donnent de fausses adresses pour l'analyse des échantillons. Les miens m'ont été retournés par la poste.
L'adresse était : Quick DNA LLC - Osov 75 - 26725 OSOV CZ - REPUBLIQUE TCHEQUE.
Après vérification sur GoogleMaps, c'est une adresse bidon.
Evidemment, ils ne font pas suite aux réclamations, à part :
"Thank you for your message.
I apologize for this inconvenience, do not worry about this situation, we will do everything necessary to resolve this problem."
ou :
"Okay
Just a moment, I'll check."
ou :
"I will inform my superior of your situation.
And I will keep you informed as soon as possible"
Puis, plus rien !
