Highly recommend: Excellent hosting service with first class support

I've been with Fozzy for around 6 years now after having poor experiences with other major hosting providers. The team at Fozzy are excellent. Very quick response times. Nothing is ever too big or too small for them to assist with when my knowledge is not enough. Special thanks to Dmitry for always helping me to resolve things fast! Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent Support & Seamless Migration Experience with Fozzy

I had a truly impressive experience with Fozzy, especially with support engineer Artem Prokhorenko, who handled the recent server migration for my website tech-wonders.com.

We were facing website rendering issues from various global locations due to latency from our previous server in Singapore. After raising a ticket, Artem promptly assessed the situation and recommended migrating to a Netherlands-based server to improve global accessibility and performance.

He clearly explained the pros and cons of each server location, helped us make an informed decision, and executed the entire migration process seamlessly, with no downtime or service interruptions whatsoever. He also provided detailed follow-up instructions, including new server IPs, control panel access, and DNS considerations.

Artem's responsiveness, technical clarity, and willingness to go the extra mile stood out. He even ensured the cPanel credentials were reset securely and answered every query with professionalism and care.

Thanks to Fozzy and Artem, our website now loads more reliably across all regions, and we've had a smooth transition with enhanced backend control. I've been using Fozzy for a while now

I've been using Fozzy for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Their support team is incredibly fast and always helpful — they've come to my rescue more than once, and every time the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. It's a great company

It's a great company, the best thing about it is the service, they help you no matter what time and always looking for a solution for any problems you might face.

Unreliable

I've been using this hosting service for about 8 years. No issues whatsoever. But around two years ago they suddenly increased the prices several times over. At that point in time, I simply decided just to pay more, as the service was still great.

Today though I received surprise notification which stated: “On your service was found content prohibited to be placed on our servers according to the rules of hosting”. I tried contacting customer support immediately. My account was banned, clients' sites obviously stopped working. Again I tried to get some explanations, and after two hours customer support replied and said that something needs to be clarified. After 6 hours they said that my account will simply be deleted. Unfortunately, I could not get access to the archives of sites to download at least some copies.

After such unprofessional behavior, I simply can't recommend such hosting service to anyone. I don't know which of the customers broke hosting rules but no one even tried to help me sort this out or at least help me to understand what really happened. Sure the account could be still blocked but at least give me an access so I can copy the archives. In the end, I simply don't understand what's wrong with their customer support but I hope potential customers will assess the risks before pinning their hopes on such an unreliable partner.

From the get-go, the team at Fozzy Inc would be on call 24/7 and never missed a beat.
