The first time I got skates from them
The first time I got skates from them, it went very well. Got them in less than a week. I’ve tried to buy from them twice since and there hasn’t been any updates. I received a refund for one without any reason as to why they canceled my order. This third time I tried to buy the same pair again and have received no tracking number in two weeks. This was supposed to be a gift for a friend. I don’t know what’s going on.

I GIVE NO STARS!
I give no stars actually! The skates were too big so I asked to return them. They responded with in a day or so saying that I could purchase a shipping label at their discount price so I responded yes please. Never heard back. I emailed over and over about 8 times to no response back just ghosted me. I'm extremely pissed. So here sits a pair of skates in the original condition never used and are useless to me. I'm out of my money. I wish I had known about all of these negative reviews because I would have never of purchased them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! I ordered skates two months ago and still have not received. They emailed me one time and said and I quote “oops, so sorry hun looks like your package got lost in transit, this happens all the time, I’ll ship you another one today”. I emailed them back and asked for the tracking number no response. I emailed them back telling them I support them I just need my tracking number, they still didn’t respond. I filed a claim with PayPal and got my money back. PayPal said they didn’t respond to them either. What a waste.

If I could use zero stars I would
If I could use zero stars I would. This company said they shipped my skates through FedEx and sent me a tracking number. OK. I waited about two weeks and the tracking number never updated that it had arrived at the FedEx facility. At this point, I want my money back. I asked for a refund through email since that’s the only form of contact that they give you. Nobody said a word to me. They emailed me asking me to review the crap that they never sent and never took the time to say hey we’ll issue a refund since you didn’t get the product. They ghosted me. They had my money and oh well. The saving grace for me was I used Affirm to purchase their product. I had to file a dispute with Affirm and God bless them because that’s how I got my money back. If you look this company up, they’ve changed names a couple of times and they are not a member of any better business Bureau but they’ve been hammered truly hammered about their customer service and their product as well and had I known that I would’ve never purchased in the first place, but since I know, I’m trying to get out there to do business with this company .They are thief’s.

Stole my return
I returned skates 2 months ago after paying their return ship fee by invoice and they have not provided my refund AND will not respond to me or the better business bureau. I confirmed the skates were returned per package tracking. They were not worn and were received within the return period.

Worst customer service ever
I have no idea how these people who wrote positive reviews got a response from customer service. I’ve emailed multiple times. I’m sent DMs on their social media. I’ve filled out the form on the website. Crickets. No response. My order was wrong. They sent a defective product. There is no way to contact them to get it corrected. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never order from Foxy again.

Do Foxy Skates have a No Contact Customer Policy?
This is 2024 and Foxy Skates’ customer service is compare to the dark ages.
January 31st Foxy received my order and money.
February 10th found out skates was on back order until March 22nd.
February 11th Foxy gave me the option to pick another style.
March 4th still HAVE NOT received tracking info and I have contacted Foxy over 8 times including FaceBook messenger.
No response. Do not do business with this company. It’s not worth the headache.

thieving company- no delivery, no contact
I placed an order over a month ago and never received it. The order still says shipping label created. Since I ordered two things, PayPal won't dispute it (not sure why), and my bank won't help either. They don't respond to emails, social media posts, or messages. They just stole my money.

No skates but money taken!!
I ordered a pair of skates on shop and have yet to receive them and it’s been almost a month. They were quick to take my money and will not answer any of my emails!! Avoid shopping here if you don’t want to lose your cash!!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Received the skates…they didn’t fit…requested a return and that’s when they went MIA! They received the skates, they were signed for, but NO RESPONSE!! NO REFUND!
It’s been 45 days! You can’t call them- only email and they don’t respond!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They do not respond to emails or requests and make no attempt to make fix a situation until you try to cancel their payment through PayPal or other. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM FOXY SKATES! If you do buy from them make sure to use PayPal so you might have a chance of getting your money back or problem fixed. I purchased skates and do not have them and they will not respond

This is a horrible company that doesn't respond to emails, they don't have a phone number and they stole money, didn't ship out skates and have the nerve to say 2-5 day shipping... they never got back to me and i guess i just donated $114 dollars to a scam. DO NOT BUY SKATES FROM THEM, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND YOU'LL NEVER SEE YOUR SKATES. BEWARE BEWARE!! DON'T FALL FOR THE CUTE PICTURES. THEY ARE A SCAM!

I wish I could give no stars. This company is a scam! Avoid them at all costs!
I wish I would have done more research on this company before buying. After placing my order and looked for reviews, so many people complained that the product either fell apart not even a month after receiving, or they didn't receive their package at all or very late. I emailed them to inquire about receiving no tracking information and they never replied back to me. This is their accurate way of communication, NO COMMUNICATION at all.
After never replying back, I checked the tracking info after weeks and by that time I no longer wanted to package. Upon refusing the package, it has since been returned but I have yet to receive a refund. I used ShopPay to cover the cost when I am skeptical about a company (as I was this one), so I wouldn't pay it all in full in one shot and possibly find myself in a situation (like I now have). I am currently in a dispute with the company for the $20 I paid down even though I have reached out to both parties and provided information that the package is not with me and was refused. It's not worth it. Do your research and move accordingly. This was long but I needed to provide context.

Horrible Business Practices
I placed an order on 11/26 delivery was fast received by 12/5, reason why I gave 2 stars, my only mistake was I ordered the wrong size. So I placed another rush order that same day, 12/5, received them once again fast shipping. My daughter was so excited when she opened her gift, until she saw the skates. She said they don’t look like the ones at the rink. That they were cheap looking material, big and bulky, and she could barely even stand in them, not stable at all. So I requested a return for the ones she couldn’t fit and for the other pair in general. Paying for the return shipping fine, I was out of the express shipping fine, but not receive my refund after being told I was receive my refund after 1-3 days after confirmed recluse unaccdptable, and that was 12/18. Even did a follow up email on 12/29, still no response, horrible business practices.

I have emailed you guys about 7 -10 times you only responded back twice. I paid the invoice and shipped the skates back so that i can have the correct size and I haven't heard back at all. I was suppose to receive the skates before this skating party I was looking forward to going to but he skates still haven't arrived. I sent the tracking number and everything. My beautiful skates and skate strap came in. My pads were missing though. Foxy got right on sending them out immediately and apologized for the mistake. Everything is great and I I'm in love with my new skates and having a blast!
