Fountain is not just an online provider. They are a true, board-certified-led medical team! After visiting my PCP and a local endocrinologist, the absence of faith in hormone therapy was unpleasant and made me feel ostracized for wanting to correct a medical diagnosis I have had for 10 years. At 42, I am not in the business if going with providers with thousands of "members". FountainTRT is essential. Prior to bloodwork, I took advantage of a full bloodwork baseline. At 233, my Testosterone had been the underlying cause of symptomology-treatment for at least six years. I was done. I checked out many different providers, and the responsiveness, comprehensive bloodwork and therapy options, quick (almost immediate) turnaround time for messages was stellar. No other provider addressed my desire to have children once I marry, but my APRN was more-than-willing to recommend (without me having to ask) if I am considering having a child, I should add hCG alongside Testosterone cypionate. The instructions are the most in-depth, health-focused of them all. I already feel better after one month. My skin has improved, my libido is normalized, and I am certain they actually care. Items in my bloodwork were addressed fully and I am satisfied enough to score 5/5, which is not my norm. Thanks to the Fountain team, my appointment for bloodwork and provider were quick and I began treatment within two weeks.
Guys, don't wait to correct your main hormone, if it is found to be at unacceptable levels. Trust the team and have a good experience that is genuine and always on time. Look nowhere else, it is more than worth the little extra to have the treatment team I do guiding the therapy. It's a game-changer. I will update as more time passes also, as I've seen multiple reviews of men just like me that have stayed with Fountain for 1+ years.

Signed up online, they use labcorp to do there bloodwork testing showed up to location and they are completely closed. Do your research before booking. Disappointed to say the least

I woke up at 615am for my 630am am my time (pacific) for my video appointment and was told "I" had to reschedule as there was not going to be enough time for "my" visit as the person before me "was 20 min late to their visit so their wasnt going to enough time for my visit". So instead of telling the person who was late to reschedule, they instead told the person who was on time (me) to reschedule. Definitely cant make the person who late reschedule. Glad there was enough time for the person who was late. You know because that makes complete sense.

I feel younger and just better overall. The doctors have always listened and make me feel like my opinions matter. Great delivery with all my meds. Excellent communication. I recommend Fountain TRT to everyone.

I have been using them for TRT for over a year and weightloss as well.

Great company great process for a personalized medical trearment plan.

I get blood work often and extra appointments when needed ro keep me in the ranges my doctor and me agreed upon prior to treatment.

Texting works great for everything, seemed weird ar forsr but the staff monitors texts and responds quickly and effectively.

Highly recommend them.

My experience has been great! Not only the treatment is helping me tremendously, but the support I get is spot on.
It has been an easy process for me for scheduling blood exams and visits (teledoc).
I experienced a couple issues with orders but the support team (SMS) is super responsive and address things timely.

My TRT journey has been a positive one thanks to Fountain! Prompt, thoughtful communication and all the information needed to make an informed choice. I'm 50 year old started to feel like one. About 4 months in and everything feels better. No negative side affects whatsoever only positive ones. If you're reading this and thinking about treatment ask yourself only one question "can I afford it" if the answer is yes stop worrying / thinking / analyzing it to death! I did that for months leading up to treatment my regret is that I waited so long.

I lived the gym life, working out consistently, gaining muscle, and feeling great. But then an injury changed everything. I had to stop training completely, and recovery took years. Easy to get in touch with the provider! Easy prescription and refills. I’m on day 90 of the hormone replacement therapy and feel amazing! I’m very happy with the provider and the hormones! I had to reschedule my labs a couple of times because of travel for work. And it was very easy to give them my availability and they found a lab place for me and the times.

So I am on the cream but I do not rub it on my shoulders. I do two clicks in the morning and two clicks at night on my scrotum skin because I feel putting on my shoulders is pointless and I wanna be optimized, but so far after 10 days I feel anything yet when I get my blood work done, and my levels aren’t at least double or more then I’ll probably either switch to injections or even look towards another pharmacy

I have been absolutely amazed at how easy this has been but still make sure to monitor levels to maintain safety. So unbelievably easy to communicate with (even on Sunday if need be). This medication should be easily available and they do it despite the hurdles I'm sure the government and Bureaucracy put in the way. Can't say enough good about this establishment. Do yourself a favor guys and check it out. Testosterone WILL make you feel better if you need it.

I’ve been working with Fountain TRT for a couple years now. I went into the process without much expectation, but for me, I found the treatment improved many aspects of my life. I didn’t expect mood to be one of them but found it helpful there too even though I didn’t think I needed that. Strength has improved, libido improved, and minor aches and pains are now gone, especially in my knees. This has been a very worthwhile experience combined with better diet and exercise.
