This is a card I can use with Apple Pay Google Pay Cash App it calculates my taxes is compatible with my Walmart One Pay is super easy to set up has a virtual card. So far I really love this product!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I am so disappointed in Found. I’ve been banking with them for nearly 4 years and had no real complaints until now. I was supposed to provide my EIN number, which I did but overlooked the request to provide the actual letter from the IRS. I was informed a few weeks later that my account was frozen until I did so, which I immediately did. Should’ve been a straight forward process but instead it has been nearly two weeks with no word from Found. I have called (which was pointless because the automated message said they can’t handle frozen accounts over the phone, but I have tried repeatedly anyways), emailed, messaged through the app, etc a total of 12 times. NOTHING. So they have access to ALL of my business money and I have missed payments, deadlines, my money has been returned to senders. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I will be looking into legal action, because what else can I do? How do you get your money back from a bank that won’t answer you? Do yourself a favor and bank with a company who will actually respond to their customers.

Piece of crap financial shop with no customer service
I have been trying to dispute a charge on my account for weeks and I'm getting NOWHERE! All I get is an email from someone in their "risk department" asking another question, which is clearly something they should know, if they ACTUALLY work in the risk department. These are just needless tactics to keep from crediting my account. With my money being backed by the FDIC, there should not be "tactics" used to not process my dispute but file a claim since my money is suppose to be protected. They don't care and will not process any claims. This is NOT a real bank.

FoundBank Is Playing with Small Business Money
We opened a brand-new business account with FoundBank, made a few legit small purchases (gas station and Walgreens), and out of nowhere, our account was frozen without warning. No call. No email. No investigation. Just silence — and now we’re being told we can’t access OUR money until August 29th. That’s TWO MONTHS they’re holding our business funds with zero explanation.
We’re a small, Black-owned business trying to grow and serve our community. We rely on that money to operate day-to-day. FoundBank didn’t ask questions, didn’t verify anything — they just locked us out like we don’t matter.
And after looking them up? We realized this isn’t new. FoundBank has a pattern of doing this to new customers, especially small businesses.
We’re speaking out because this is bigger than just us. If you’re a small business, stay far away. This kind of shady banking practice can put people out of business.

Found is a great banking application for people who want to streamline their business financing. Not to mention the ease of organizing and budgeting within the app are great. Found is an awesome business banking app, I would recommend to anyone.

features poorly implemented
does not support wire transfers, does not support zelle.
the virtual card system they have does not work properly.
The implementation of features such as pockets is terrible. They will make a payment from a pocket even if there are no funds in that pocket. The whole idea is completely flawed.
They freeze your account randomly.
I moved to a bank accoutn with a real bank rather than found. If you are using found for your business banking, you are putting your whole buisness at risk.

Hi there, thanks for sharing this feedback. While it is correct that Found does not currently support Zelle, we do support both inbound and outbound domestic wire transfers.
As for the concern about pockets, it sounds like you may be referring to flexible spending, which allows you to spend up to your total account balance. You can disable this feature at any time from your pocket settings.
