I bought a Santos Dopp kit and had two business trips and the zipper was broken.

Wrote to customer service and just got the feedback that the 7 day return policy was overdue - but respectfully they looked into the matter and as a quality brand they are sending a new one.

So this completely changed my experience of the situation and the brand.

This is the best hair clay I’ve ever used I’ve tried 20 different brands overall .Forte
texture hair clay is the best easy to apply gives lots of texture and volume no clumping easy to rework if needed no stiffness absolutely amazing and I have very thick hair.

Aetos are my go-to tee shirts and long sleeves now. I have a T in almost every color. They fit well and feel great. Most importantly, my girlfriend thinks I look good in them. Customer service helped me through an exchange and was very responsive and patient with me.

Really good product. A lot of other Forte products were not working for me due to my extreme thick hair and somewhat wavy. The Chrome Clay did a fantastic job. I’ve got many compliments on my hairstyle and how the product is working well on me.

I had on mistake wrote the wrong door number on my forte order. Luckily, Christine (The Support Agent) managed to help me. Christine messaged back as soon as possible and took the time to make me understand what ways we can go about this. Best purchase I’ve done. The customer service at forte series is a 10/10! They by far have the fastest customer service.

FORTE SERIES- TEXTURE CLAY - The most versatile hair product!- Fine Hair - BUY IT, you won't regret it!

I originally used this when it was released about 5 years ago, so have been a Forte user/fan since the beginning. To satisfy my curiosity, I tried a lot of other hair products out there for comparison - P&P K.Murphy, the list goes on. In my opinion and experience ( I spent a lot of $ on different products) this is the best hair product available today, a little goes a long way and it lasts the whole day - my hair looks incredible all the time ( even working in a HOT warehouse ( 35 Degrees Celsius some days, my hair still stays in place!) Yes, it is a heavy clay, but you have to emulsify! That is key! Generally most types of " adhesives" are heat activated. Even though I have fine hair, this product suits me. I use in combination with the Hydrating Argan Oil and Sea Salt Spray ( and sometimes the Hair Thickening Spray) BUY IT, you won't regret it.

I will give the texture powder a 10/10. It’s an amazing way to define your hairstyle. It’s perfect for those who want to go for a french crop, curtain hairstyles, or any typical hairstyle you wanna go for. I can tell you on my experience, my hair was a little mess, it looked like my hair was dry and dead, but thanks to the texture powder it gave my hairstyle some shine, texture and the ability to move it at any desirable shape. And I really recommend it, your hair will never looked as good before.

Not only are the products top notch but the customer service is amongst the best I’ve ever dealt with. After accidentally typing in an old address while ordering a product, I was able to reach customer service on a Sunday morning before the product shipped and they kindly almost immediately fixed my address without giving me any run arounds or issues. I am very impressed by their availability to respond and react so quickly and I would recommend Forte to anyone who is interested in their products to give them a try!
