I recently purchased a shed from Forest Garden and wanted to share how impressed I was with the entire experience. The customer service team were absolutely lovely – friendly, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process.

But I was especially impressed with the delivery driver, Andy L. He noticed I had just had a baby and went above and beyond to help me place the shed in a location that was convenient and safe. His kindness and thoughtfulness really stood out and made the whole experience even better.

Didn't even remember to add shed to a confirmed order. Cost me a day in wages and the pay for the gentleman who was going to erect the shed. I felt very pressured into accepting offer of redelivery on unspecified date. Didn't want it. Phoned Argos and texted the company. Have blatantly lied to Argos saying I wanted it redelivered when I have acknowledgement of an email saying I don't want it, because the company are unreliable, and when Argos themselves were supposed to be dealing with it over 2 weeks ago. Go to a local supplier!!

We have just had what to us is a large shed delivered, without the divers help and understanding it would not have been easy for our maintenance person to get the shed where it was required. Phil Haywood was the driver what a guy and all for a cup tea.

Ordered 6x4 greenhouse. Two people have so far taken 3 days to put it together and still not finished. One of them is a builder. Checking off the components was a nightmare verging on impossible. The instructions are hopeless. Pieces are warped and the door doesn't fit. My builder is doing
his utmost to get it to fit but I'm not hopeful. I certainly wasn't expecting it to come in so many bits. On a plus note, the delivery chaps were very courteous and helpful. Not even looked at putting the potting bench together and going by the reviews I'm not full of enthusiasm

Summer house not even 6 months old wood has split knot holes everywhere was told not covered in guarantee as only anti rot was expensive enough to be not any use do not buy sheds, garden buildings from here as very very poor quality and customer service very unhelpful we purchased through b and m who were equally unhelpful

Nice pair of blokes Shane & mark who delivered my summer house , helpful ,and delivered to my place of choice which is a bit tricky to get round my back of house but they did it , and prompt delivery didn’t have to wait long

I brought this shed because my son brought one from the company and I liked the quality of the shed and how solid it is and how well it’s built also I can’t recommend this company enough and with how quick it was delivered Roy and glen was so helpful and brought it all in where we asked for it to be put they also explained about the shed

I recently had a shed delivered by Forestgardens driver (PETE D) and he was absolutely fantastic. From the moment he arrived, he acted professional, courteous, and efficient. He took great care in handling the shed pieces, ensuring everything was unloaded without a fuss. What stood out the most was his friendly attitude and willingness to answer any questions I had . HIs level of service made the whole experience stress-free.
