All orders placed on www.forboat.eu are processed under a Supply Contract. We will confirm your order by updating its status to "Canary Islands - Galicia." At this point, a contract between you and us will be officially established. Delivery Times : Our primary warehouse for European orders is located in Gran Canaria, but all orders are dispatched from our logistics centre in Galicia, Spain. Means: At the end of each week, we consolidate and ship all items sold that week from our main warehouse in the Canary Islands to Galicia. From there, we prepare and send each order to our customers without any customs fees. We do not ship directly from the Canary Islands to avoid imposing customs management and additional VAT on our customers. Typically, we deliver orders within 12 to 14 working days across Europe. However, please be aware that delays may occur, and the maximum delivery time is 20 working days. If you cannot wait for this maximum delivery time, we recommend refraining from placing your order. Should you choose to cancel your order after it reaches the "Canary Islands - Galicia" status, we will refund the purchase price, minus 30% to cover handling, packaging, and customs costs.For orders going to countries outside the European Union, please note that customs handling costs will be charged separately upon delivery and are not included in the shipping fees. The "Canary Islands - Galicia" status indicates that the items in your order have been included in the Weekly Grouping, and customs clearance, along with the necessary tax payments, has been completed. Shipping Costs : You can view the shipping costs before finalising your order. Simply select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. To obtain an accurate shipping estimate, please enter your delivery details in the basket. Return Conditions : Please note that returns are not free. If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return costs. However, if you initiate the return, you will be responsible for these costs. Additionally, we will deduct 30% from your refund to cover initial expenses, such as shipping from the Canary Islands to Galicia and customs clearance.
