Deceptive Practices
The literature states that you are unable to cancel or change your booking, however one would think that would be applicable when you are actually fully booked. It should not be applicable when you are still in the process of completing a booking (bookings are not confirmed until you receive a call from a representative to discuss your flight). Furthermore, it is incredibly deceptive to advertise one price and then have a representative call to say that the original price of the flight ($410pp) is actually ($680-$851) and that the originally quoted price is due to passengers not being able to carry luggage which was NOT mentioned in the literature when booking prior to the call. I would not have booked if that were in the literature because who travels without luggage? In addition, I was forced to speak Spanish, even after requesting an English speaker, because the individual assigned to me primarily spoke Spanish.

I will never use this or any other 3rd party site again. This company uses bait and switch tactics to book flights, so beware before you book.
I booked nonstop roundtrip flights on their website for around $787 but then was called by a representative who told me the flights weren't available for that price and I needed to pay more money. They would not let me cancel and forced me into worse flights I never would have selected. The new flights had 1 stop for more money than I would have paid through the airlines website. ($787 vs $483 through airline)

SMAM SCAM SCAM. I am absolutely furious! I strongly advise prompt resolution of this issue before I escalate it to the appropriate parties for assistance in resolving it. Just like the previous reviewer mentioned, they claim flights are booked with no availability.However, it wasn’t fully booked when I “secured” my 5 tickets. The indot from froggy claimed that I did not secure my tickets; however, it is evident that I reserved 5 tickets at the agreed-upon price.. Moreover, upon my confirmation call, the individual on the phone was trying to SCAM me into paying additional $$$ to secure my tickets. Unbelievable! This is what I agreed to pay nothing more nothing less. It wouldn’t let me put the screenshot of the agreement on here so I copied and pasted what was agreed.
