FODZYME is designed to break down fructans, but Broccoli and Brussels sprouts can be a bit tricky, as they contain not just fructans but also other FODMAPs like raffinose and mannitol, which FODZYME doesn’t currently target. We're always exploring ways to expand our formula, and feedback like yours is incredibly helpful.

Life Changing!
Fodzyme powder has been life changing for me! Ever since I had a colectomy in 2016, I have had FODMAP intolerance. I learned to live with it and had plenty of work arounds, but now I can essentially go out to a restaurant and not worry about listing my "allergies" and not have to ask for dishes to be specially made for me. It makes dining out so much easier and more enjoyable. I even used it on my recent trip to Italy and didn't have any problems!
