Was ready to put this couch to rest, and then...

The sales person who sold us our couch really sold us on the bells and whistles of the quality: The stain resistant fabric, the reinforced base, the down cushions... etc, etc. We felt like we got the bell of the ball. After only 4 years, we noticed the feeling of the springs in our butts, the lumpy down cushions. It was really disappointing. We felt like suckers. However, the fabric really was great and the bones of the couch were in great shape (even after 3 kids terrorizing this thing). It dawned on us that the couch was fine, it was just that the foam had worn out and the down cushions were toast. We replaced the inserts with FoamOrder, and we couldn't be happier. We were getting ready to buy a new couch, and that would have been about 4-5x times more expensive than what we paid for replacement inserts. Really pleased with the results!

Real latex, great service!

Purchased a 1-inch queen latex topper.
I am not a latex expert, but it is obviously a natural product, somewhat fragile as it should be.
My sleep quality has seriously improved since I started using it about a month ago.
They manufacture each piece individually, and it takes about 10 days or so.
I was impatient and mistrustful, which I am deeply sorry about. The product I got is priced lower than similar ones on Amazon, but my sleep comfort just speaks for itself!
There was no smell I could complain about.
Overall, I highly recommend this small US business!

They cut my foam too short and refused to fix it

Ordered 2 pieces of foam for our 8’ window seats. They were roughly 4-5” short on each one. According to the instructions it said it could take up to a week to fully expand. I did reach out to customer service as the shortage seemed quite a bit. Customer wrote back and told me to wait. I waited. They never fully expanded after I waited. I wrote customer service again to which I was told it could take longer. After 4 weeks or so I decided I’d just piece together some scrap foam so I could get my seat cushions sewn as it was nearing thanksgiving and I really wanted my window seats completed beforehand. I emailed customer service again to let them know I kept them but was very displeased that I had paid over $200 for pieces that weren’t cut to my specifications. They replied and told me it could take several months for them to fully expand. It’s been almost 4 months and nothing has changed. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.

If they screw up, you pay for it

Came cut wrong and was told that I would have to pay to ship it back and pay a restocking fee. The worst.

Terrific replacement for old cushions

tl;dr - quality yet inexpensive way to rejuvenate furniture

We've had this sofa for over twenty years - it's well built (so we didn't want to purchase a new one) but the cushions were soft and have gotten mushy over the years. Mom likes to take naps on it and the non-supportive cushions helped her sciatica to flare up. A quick Google search and I found Foam Order. The prices are very reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed the walk-through process to order. A bit anxious about trusting my measuring (being a cushion), so ordered just one (three cushion sofa)

I liked the different foam options. Went with EverFlex Very Firm (V54) with the Daycron wrap as these were going into existing sofa covers. Arrived in less than two weeks, fit perfectly, and were a noticeable improvement. Ordered two more cushions and they fit perfectly while providing the firm support that has been missing. Mom approved is the highest recommendation that I can give

Foamorder.com sells foam they don't actually have

I'm disabled and it's painful for me to sit on chairs. Memory foam cushions just break down over time so I decided to splurge on a custom latex cushion. This company claimed to have the firm-density latex foam I was after. I placed my order in the beginning of January 2021. It was supposed to be completed by January 16th. When it wasn't, I contacted them to find out why. Their customer service told me that they were experiencing COVID-related delays but that the foam should be available in four weeks or so. I was really unhappy, but I couldn't find the foam anywhere else so I waited. Another month went by. I asked again. "Oh, the foam isn't here yet. We're expecting it in another four weeks." I bit my tongue, and waited ANOTHER month. It is now March. I have been waiting three months. Their latest response? You guessed it: "Oh, the foam is delayed, we're expecting it in another four weeks."
I don't know how a company can legally SELL something it does NOT HAVE. Without advising customers that they don't have it, before they even order!

Meanwhile I have suffered three months of increasing pain, as pressure from sitting on a hard surface has damaged my legs. But I've cancelled my order with Foamorder.com because I know they'll just keep lying about "four more weeks..." to keep me hanging on forever. I will literally be a cobweb-covered skeleton by the time their latex foam arrives, and by then I won't need a chair cushion any more.

I'm writing this review because I literally cannot believe any ethical company would expect a customer to wait four months for ANYTHING. Especially after being told two weeks would be the turnaround time. It's inexcusable.

If you must do business with them, don't buy their latex foam. They don't actually have any!

In early 2021, the global supply chain for latex foam was hit hard by COVID-related disruptions. Some of our foam shipments, particularly firm-density latex, were delayed for months beyond our expectations. That is not an excuse, just context.

We absolutely should have communicated more clearly and proactively once it became clear that the initial two-week estimate would not hold. For that, we sincerely apologize.

We understand how frustrating and unfair this must have felt, and we appreciate you holding us accountable. We have since made major changes to how we manage inventory visibility and customer communication to avoid situations like this in the future.

Videos were really helpful because…

Videos were really helpful because before that we had the measurements wrong. After the video we changed what we ordered and it fit perfectly. Good product and great education on the website before you buy.
