Buyer BEWARE

Buyer BEWARE. I ordered a Flyhugz pillow on May 27, and I left for my vacation on June 16 with no pillow. I called the company and left messages. I emailed the company and tried to track the product. All attempts were a huge fail! Once on my vacation the pillow arrived, and now I am trying to return the product. Unfortunately, I still cannot get in contact with the company to get the procedures for how to return the product and get my refund. The customer service is terrible as it is non existent! I will not order from this company again or recommend it to my friends!!!

Hello to be really honest with this…

Hello to be really honest with this company Flyhugz I have tried many times to contact them at their email they have provided if the customer needs support. NO ONE has responded. It has nearly a month now and still no response. It's becoming very frustrating that there has been no reply and they keep dismissing my emails and have the hide to send feedback emails.
Can someone please respond.
