Scammers

Scammers, don’t buy tickets from these guys. Online they advertise very low prices. When you book online then you get called back from these scammers with very high price and they are liars and cheaters. Stay away please.

The worst flight booking experience…

The worst flight booking experience I’ve had. The dates and time I selected for a same day flight for an emergency were not available. I wasted so much of the day speaking to the CS team for new flights as the one I booked was not available and I would need to pay more. So I would need to pay more for flights that were the same going but coming back duration more. I advised the CS that I booked for the orginal price and should not have to pay more. They did not assist and I wasted my day with them. It was very stressful and I do not recommend this site to book flights. They need to improve their CS skills and also garuntee what you book you will get and accommodate as close as possible.

Make sure you have excess funds on your…

Make sure you have excess funds on your credit card because the website doesn't notify you of insufficient funds. The problem is that they try to charge a partial amount from the card and then call you to pay the rest, raising the price daily. This gets more complicated when you're abroad. and This makes you say, "Okay, I don't want the ticket anymore." Then they charge you the loss of the transaction for canceling the ticket. All other airlines notify you of insufficient funds. Why doesn't this company? I think it's a scam. The staff is not very attentive, and the most outstanding is that of Jesus Perez.
Sadly, all of this only serves to improve this company... if it wants... because it doesn't help me at all.
