I ordered from Flowersin4Hours/ Blossomflowerdelivery on Saturday, June 28, 2025, to send flowers for a friend’s 40th birthday after a last-minute emergency. They advertised same-day delivery within a 4-hour window, which sounded perfect.
The flowers were expensive, but I was willing to pay for the convenience. I never received any notice that they couldn’t deliver on time. Instead, I got a text the next day saying the delivery couldn’t be made. I canceled the order right away.
Despite the cancellation, they delivered the flowers on Monday and still charged me the full amount. Customer service refused to provide a full refund, only offering $10 back and a refund of the tip. They told me if I didn’t accept, they’d close the case. No apology, no accountability.
Their website was misleading. There was no mention that they’re closed on Sundays or that same-day delivery may not be available. Customers deserve to see accurate delivery times before placing an order.
Also important to know: Blossomflowerdelivery is the same company as FlowersinFourHours. Two names, same disappointing experience.

EPIC FAIL
I ordered flowers for my mother who was just admitted in the hospital for a heart attack. I needed flowers quick and couldn't do it myself being in different states. On their ad, it flowers in four hours. The website, same thing. You write in the day and time you want them delivered. I even gave an additional 20% tip (I hate tipping in advance for exactly these reasons!!) After placing the order and waiting.... and waiting... and waiting, 9 hours later still no flowers. I called the company, who placed me on hold to call and see where the flowers were. Once he returned to the call he said, "Im not exactly sure what happened but I sp9ke with the driver who said the flowers were being delivered right now." Within the payment confirmation, you can check the status for tye delivery. There was zero change stating "preparing your order". It was late here so I gave trust that my mom would be receiving her flowers and went to bed. I woke this morning and the email.. same one had no change. I called my mom who said she had not received any flowers. 🤬 So I again called this company back and spoke with Brian. Now poor Brian really needs a different job Because he took what I flug his way. Im angry, disappointed and further insulted when Brian said, "Let me put you on hold to call the driver." I told Brian I believe this company is a HUGE scam and because "the driver straight up lied saying the flowers were out for delivery, I had no trust or interest in what the driver had to say. I demanded to cancel my order all while voicing how they might feel in my shoes. Brian remained calm and voiced understanding.
Brian told me I had to wait for a cancelation email in the next 24 hours. I told Brian I did not care what the finding were, excuses made and ensure my order was canceled. Brian could NOT guarantee the cancelation or provide me with a cancelation number. I went online to dispute the transaction. Tried to leave a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, to no surprise, they're not affiliated with the BBB (My own ignorance for to researching before buying) but I was able to still leave a report should they ever consider having tye BBB back them.
DO NOT use this company. There are far better choices and companies who work on their word and pride and do everything for great customer satisfaction.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and also paid the additional delivery fee to have them delivered before 1pm.
The flowers never turned up so I called them just to find out that the flowers hadn’t even been sent out due to a ‘stock issue’ no contact was given to me to advise this. They told me they would be delivered by 1pm the next day. The flowers didn’t turn up until 7pm the following day, nearly two days after my wife’s birthday. They proceeded to ignore my emails and calls.
The flowers turned up in a terrible state and looked nothing like the ones I ordered.
Do not use this company, horrible horrible horrible.

Is it possible to leave zero stars? Placed order, was to deliver in 4 hours or less. I have been waiting for delivery - on my 2nd day now and no delivery. Called customer service but they completely refuse to refund or cancel my order. They say my flowers are finally out for delivery, but no one is there to receive them if they arrive. Also, it is 95 degrees today and they will be completely ruined even if they do ever arrive. Complete SCAM company - DO NOT do business with this company!

I had a terrible experience with your service, including the lack of care from customer support.
I placed an order for a basket of flowers and a teddy bear for my best friend, who is going through a tragic loss. The order was made specifically because your company promised same-day delivery — within four hours. Not only did the delivery not arrive on time, but there was no communication about the delay until I received an email stating it would be rescheduled to the next available delivery date — which turned out to be three days later.
I reached out multiple times on Monday and Tuesday to cancel the order, explaining that the timing was crucial and that the gesture would no longer hold the same meaning days later. I was told the delivery could not be canceled, and it would still be sent.
When the flowers finally arrived, they were not what I ordered. Instead of a flower basket with a teddy bear, my friend received a cold box of flowers — no basket, no bear. This was supposed to be a comforting and thoughtful gift, and what she received was careless and disappointing.
This experience was completely unacceptable. I deeply regret trusting your company with something so meaningful during a sensitive time. Your failure to deliver on your promise and refusal to take accountability added unnecessary stress to an already emotional situation.

The “flowers in four hours” delivery is a scam. I ordered flowers for my daughter’s wedding a day before but the flowers arrived two days after the wedding. So disappointing. And I paid more than $100 for flowers that don’t even look slightly slmilar to the one I ordered. I don’t suggest you buy from this Shop.

late wrong order and no customer service
when I first placed the order for my boyfriend on March 27th I was told it would arrive March 28th. I never received a confirmation email or an order ID number so I had no way of tracking it. eventually after I realized that they had not been delivered yet I reached out to their customer service to ask that they resend the email with the number so I could track the item. after waiting for a long time and a lot of back and forth they resent me my invoice for the order but not the tracking number I ended up having to do almost 13 back and forth emails with their AI assistant to receive my tracking number. The order was finally delivered March 29th they said that they were having system issues so I let it slide. only for my boyfriend to open the flowers and it be the entirely wrong order I ordered him a small bouquet with yellow roses and little white filler clusters, it looked timeless and well put together. I specifically chose this because he loves yellow and he has a cat and I know roses are safe. he opened up a larger bouquet with orange and purple flowers ones of which I'm not sure. but they looked very cheap and tacky. like the low grade dyed bouquets that you could get from Safeway for 20 bucks. but instead I had paid almost $70 to not only have them delivered late but have the completely wrong order. since he sent me the photo of the flowers I've been constantly emailing and trying to get in contact with their customer service and have had no one answer.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with Flowers 4 You, and not only were my flowers never delivered, but I also never received a refund. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no response, and my messages have been completely ignored. This is incredibly unprofessional and upsetting—especially when you’re relying on them for a special occasion. I do not recommend this business based on my experience.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE, DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THEM. THEY LIE to you and tell you they will be delivered same day when you pay extra, then don't tell you that they are not delivered. Then its too late to contact another florist. They lied to me by telling me driver would contact the recipient at time of delivery to notify them, that is a lie because they don't have a "driver" they ship the flowers Fedex and don't listen when you tell them you can't leave flowers when someone is NOT home and its hot outside. I was promised next day delivery by 1pm CT and NO delivery, no communication. I called them and they said they will deliver by 8pm and leave at door when I SPECIFICALLY told them she is gone after 3pm CT, this WONT work. Then I tried to CANCEL and they said they can't. Then they said they will schedule the delivery for today and I told them it has to be by 1pm. GUESS WHAT, its now 12:36pm and if they DONT arrive by 1pm CT I AM NOT PAYING FOR IT. Manager nevered called me. They lie about that too. There is no delivery "driver" and the flowers were shipped out of Tennessee from Fedex, my friend lives in Missippi and its hot there. Nobody told me there was no local driver. So if not received in the next 30 minutes I am NOT paying for it. 5/21 noon PST, she never received the flowers as promised by 1pm CT. And, they send them standard overnight which is guaranteed by 8pm so they lied to me knowing this whole time they would not be delivered by 1pm. I am not paying for this. They are condolence flowers, he brother died for context.

Flowers didn't come in 4 hours, had to call for an update because they never sent a notice. They offered me $5 credit to which I replied no, instead you need to make this right, deliver the flowers tonight or deliver them first thing tomorrow with an upgraded bouquet. They said they can't do that. Absolutely stay away from this company!

If you would like flowers to be expensive and look nothing like the advertisement, order from here. Absolutely awful bouquet that had flowers close to expiration and not even close to the advertised photo. Please save yourself the time and money and never order from this company. The 5.0 star ratings for their bouquets on their website are not real ratings I promise you.

Flowers for my mother in law never arrived
Ordered flowers for my mother in law on May 10 with guaranteed delivery on May 11. Also ordered flowers for my sister in law for the same delivery date and address. The flowers for my sister in law showed up but the ones for my mother in law did not. I tracked the delivery via their website and it showed as delivered. I started calling their 1-800 number the evening of the 11th and got nothing but a busy signal. I continued calling on the 12th with the busy signal still there. Eventually that afternoon I got to speak with someone who took all the info and said they would get back to me within 48 hours (no immediate resolution to help my upset mother in law). It is now May 16 and I have yet to hear back from anyone nor can I get a response to emails or a phone call answered. I'm grateful that one of my orders delivered but the complete lack of a response to my inquiry prompted the 1 star review.

This place is a complete scam
This place is a complete scam. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day (on the Saturday before) because they guaranteed delivery on time and claim to be local to where I was having the flowers delivered. Well, it's now TUESDAY and my mother never received her flowers. I called customer support to request a refund and cancel the order immediately and a woman with a phone number in Oregon/California area said 1) the flowers were delayed because Mother's Day was busy (no kidding, you're a florist); 2) refunds are not allowed but as a act of good faith, she'd offer me a whopping $10 off my next order (NO CHANCE); 3) I keep getting random text messages from this alleged company and when I look up the numbers, they all come up scam; and 4) Refunds are not allowed if a delivery is already out. Keep in mind while speaking to this woman (Oluwaremilekun), she assured me she had no management over her, so she is the one to make executive decisions and at first, she said the flower delivery would arrive in one minute - her tune changed after the conversation and then said one hour. Either way, I demanded a refund (which was denied) and said to cancel the entire order since they promised something they couldn't achieve. Its literally a guarantee on their website "FLOWERSIN4HOURS". I already contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. You can't guarantee a 4 hour delivery and then not delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
