Getting a mortgage can be stressful. Florida Home Funding made it easy. Sharam and his staff, particularly Minh, were so professional and responsive. We closed today and it was a seamless process. Working with Shahram Sondi was a great experience. From the beginning he was very informative and easy to talk to. I felt relaxed and confident with Shahram working on my mortgage application. Shahram is an expert at what he does. There was no guess work at any point, my husband and I felt fully informed through the whole process. Sharham collected the information needed and was very upfront. We had a full dialog he let us know what the process would be like and walked us through the steps.
His assistant Cindie was awesome, keeping us informed, on track and providing assistance with pulling documents. They were both amazing. Our emails and calls were responded to right away, leaving no guess work to what stage of the process we were at.
