I was going to order a FlexScreen years ago to replace a screen and frame that was a complete mess. However, what stopped me was the measuring and knowing that if I measured incorrectly, we were out of luck. Now, a tool is used so you are sure to measure properly. A video using the tool would be helpful (maybe FlexScreen can make one), but the instructions are very clear.

The screens are extremely precise and well built. FlexScreen also provides an accurate way to measure with detailed instructions. The screens are also very easy to install and very worth the cost!

They seem cheap and gap on each side and waffle. The frame part fits perfectly but they don’t stay rigid top to bottom. I’m sorry I bought all 6 and Would never buy again or recommend them.

Love, love, love these screens! Ordering was easy - what a fantastic measuring tool ! I measured 3x to be sure! The screens are a great fit. They are so durable. I love how easily they are to install and remove, and the look is fantastic! I appreciated the questionnaire to help me know which screen would work best for me. So satisfied! Thanks FlexScreen!

I used the flex measuring tool and unfortunately this caused the screen measurement to be wrong. I should have used my screen measurement and it would have fit perfectly. I should have trusted my gut indtinct

My order was apparently shipped and delivered before I submitted my screen measurements. Now the order is lost in space and no reply about fulfilling my order.

Loved the ease of the process! Everything done on line - no pushy sales people. Screens arrived well packaged and really WERE simple to install. It's such a pleasure to be able to open my windows and not have bugs sneaking around the edges.

Way too long to receive screens. Two weeks to receive measuring tool. And another 3weeks to receive screens. Measuring tool is garbage. Anything that has a bow to it does not provide an accurate measurement. I will never buy these again. And yes. I have not even received my screens yet. Even if they are 100% perfect the ordering process is no where near the value of the price and fit. Look elsewhere.

I’ve been deliberating ordering flex screens and took advantage of their sale. The process from beginning to end was fairly easy. It took me awhile to find time to get the measurements for all my screens, but I appreciated the emails reminders. Once delivered the installation was simple. I would recommend flex screens.

I made 2 separate order first without the measuring device flex screen provides, both screens too large for the windows, I made a second order using the measuring device the flex screen process recommended I reduce the size of each screens from my exact measurements, both screens are too small. It is unfortunate because the product seems like a really good one but unfortunately these screens I have do not fit.

Everything about buying these screens was very easy, from measuring with the special tool shipped quickly to me, to ordering, receiving them fairly quickly and installing them myself. They fit like a dream and popped into place so easily! I highly recommend Flexscreen - 5 stars all around!

Fit well but was assuming that clips would be included as these franes dont have tracks so nay blow out easily

My experience with Flex Screen was extremely positive. from beginning to end. While placing my order, I needed help re: shipping. A customer service person responded to my email quickly and directly and gave me exactly the help I needed. Then, the measuring process was great--I was sure I'd mess it up but the tool made it foolproof. Finally, the installation was a breeze! I was sure I wouldn't be able to figure it out myself but after watching one 3 minute video, I installed all 3 of my screens in under 5 minutes! They fit perfectly and the process was so simple.

The screens are amazing. We have always had 1/2 screens on our house, but we always open the top half of the windows. Then they tended to slide down. We are loving the full screens. We also wanted to be able to remove them when needed. Home run!!! It was easy to measure with the provided tool and easy to order. Order came in about 10 days. We are already recommending to others. Thanks!!
