I’ve given Flexcar three stars instead…

I’ve given Flexcar three stars instead of five stars because there is still room for improvement. It takes a while for customer service to get back to you when you have questions or sometimes you don’t hear from them and it takes two or three emails or phone calls.

Also, I’ve used promotion codes in the beginning for miles that were not applied and when I mentioned it, they said they did not see it and therefore it was not honored and it was their error with their system it was not applied.

I referred my husband, he signed up and we both were supposed to get 100 miles, that was not honored. Because they did not see that code or credit they could not honor those miles either. They did give us both a $50 credit to our accounts. But it seems each time it comes to crediting miles, there is always an issue.

My husband and I have been reaching out to them because the his car has been saying service and no one as of yet has gotten back to him.

We do like the cars and ease of obtaining the car. We have not swapped cars yet but we will see how that process goes once it’s time. Overall the cars are good quality cars and they drive well.

The car that I has been very reliable very nice very good on gas because it’s a Toyota Prius.
Customer service is outstanding having service done is usually done very promptly at certain Pep Boys locations as in based upon availability.
The only downside if you go over your miles, you get charged $31.97 for every hundred miles it may not seem like a lot but it does add up when you’re limited income.
The good point is the car insurance is more affordable through the leasing company than it is if I were to go to my own brokers with State Farm or Farmers insurance so that’s definitely a plus too. You save a lot more than if you were to go to a dealership and put three to $5000 down plus payments.

What a joke

What a joke, just because I use my car to get to work and back home "less than 10 miles per way", and it's in rush hour and sometimes rainy days, my time of day score is at 1 and I'm at risk of being charged extra $50 besides the $370 monthly insurance charge, "BTW the entire score monitoring should have been more noticeable at checkout (like the other so called no down fees that adds up to $750) and not only in terms and conditions", I guess thay want that I should drive other non rush hour times (to increase my score), so like that I would use up my miles and they can charge me for more miles....
I DID NOT TAKE A CAR TO PARK IT IN MY GARAGE!!!

Also I have a right front light issue but going to Auburn for a repair isn’t worth it. You should consider making repairs much easier and more convenient. Thank you

So far my experience has been good. I read many reviews that were bad but I gathered that most of the people writing them failed to read the fine print, which led to their issue(s). The only disappointment I have had was when doing the walk through the scratches and minor dents that were pointed out by me to the FlexCar employee did not get uploaded to the report that FlexCar sent me because his app was having issues uploading the photos. However He did call his supervisor right in front of me and his supervisor told him that all of what I pointed out would be added to the report, yet it did not.

- you can't postpone your payment - you can't split the bill in half or pay biweekly even though it shows it on the app - really not a physical person you can talk to everything is by email

- save money on gas on current bill
- get to switch cars whenever you feel the need to change
- easy process when it comes to picking out a car
- having the option to pick up the vehicle or them dropping it off in front of your home
- they provide insurance for you which is included in the monthly bill every month
- experience was great and the people that dropped the car off was very nice and helpful

Everything about Flexcar is fantastic. Don’t listen to the bad reviews!! First of all the drop off was smooth and concierge was great. They did a thorough walk through of the vehicle with me. I’ve had my Flexcar for about 5 months now and I cannot stress how great they are! They are highly responsive, 10/10 customer service. I have not experienced a single issue since leasing with them. I have had a 5 star experience for sure! I highly recommend Flexcar to anybody who isn’t ready for a long term commitment. Everything is straight forward and really as simple as they advertise. I believe they just opened a new location in chestnut hill which makes everything so much more convenient! Seriously, if you’re considering it, do it. It’s a no brainer.

Valuable option for additional transportation

Flexcar has been such a valuable option for a second car for our family during busy sports season when we are pulled in different directions. When I had a nail in a tire, they were able to change the tires and get me on my way in 24 hours. Really convenient and great service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, awful experience. I paid for car hire and insurance for a week, car meant to be picked up in Wroclaw. On arrived they refused to issue me the car I hire saying that on my bank card my first name has only first initial not full name, despite the fact that my surname was spelled fully. When contacting customer service for support and refund they said there is nothing they can do despite the fact the car was not even given to me and had to spend triple by walking and hiring from other company.
