I never received my order
I never received my order. According to the tracking info by USPS, it was returned to sender for an unknown reason. I've emailed flagwix 3 times and have not received a reply. Ive tried calling, no answer. All I want is my item or a refund.

Into the Fray
I've ordered four flags from Flagwix, all different, and all looked great when flying. However, all had the same problem that required replacement; the edges fray, and they start to fray within a relatively short time. They are not hitting against anything, so I assume that they fray because the edge stitching is weak. I'm once again looking for a replacement and deciding on the design.

Ordered two Patriotic American Flags Made In China
Ordered two Patriotic American Flags has taken longer
than expected to receive the shipments confirmation.
When I did get the shipment confirmation, I see the first three entry's all started in Mainland China ! I would not have purchased Patriotic American Flags if I knew they were being produced in China

Totally disappointed
I ordered eagle and flag wall art. The picture displayed a product that was beautiful and anyone would love it.
I got a flat piece of flimsy metal with a picture on the front. I haven’t measured it but I do not think it is even the dimensions described. I paid almost 100 for nothing. I would be too embarrassed to give it as a gift.

I placed this order on April 29th
I placed this order on April 29th. Order #FLWSP215513
I have contacted Flagwix numerous times to try and resolve the shipment issue. I have received no response. I have also contacted them thru SHOP and PayPal, also with no response. I have now filed a claim with PayPal and will be submitting a BBB review as well as attempting to contact the Attorney General to inform them of the fraud. In checking with PayPal, I found the payment was processed thru two different companies that appear to have no connection with Flagwix. This needs to be dealt with legally.

Very good experience with customer service
I must comment on the good service I got while working on an order from flagwix.com. I placed an order for a garden flag but it didn’t arrive so I contacted them saying how long it was taking when they say 3 days. I received a message stating it was on the way and they apologized for the inconvenience.
I did receive my Texas garden flag which is very well made and beautiful in color.
To my surprise they gave me a credit for my inconvenience which I didn’t expect. This is a company I would recommend and will be ordering from again.

The flag came in great shape with bright full colors. It replaced a flag of out 13.5 GR who had passed away in 2012. Although it looks somewhat like Scully it is enough to bring great memories back.

Great ANZAC day flag (Australia)
Great flag with prompt and honest service. As soon as I opened the plastic shipping bag and felt the flag material I knew this was a quality product. We have flag manufacturers here in Australia, but none that match the quality and presentation and customer service as you did.
