My first experience with Flagship
The first day I tried to buy the item, the website was very slow or not working at all. The next day, the website was fast. I made the purchase quickly. My impression is that the website looks a bit old, but its usability is good. I would do a redesign.
What I also liked is that I received a fairly quick response to my email request. The communication from the company representative is adequate and even friendly, which is not often seen in the US. The item I needed was not in stock. The company representative tried to find it, which surprised me.
