I needed a power supply for an exercise bike, had no idea what I was looking for but your website accurately recommended the one I needed. Shipping was a bit pricey but the part was shipped immediately and I had it in just a couple of days.

Won't ship to PO Box

I ordered a workout chart for my home gym. It took forever to get here. I tried calling the company on different occasions and never got a person. Finally, I recieved a call from a man named Chris (if I remember correctly) who was very apologetic and handled the "irate" me very well. I had never been notified that the item had shipped, which he apologized for. It seems that most of the delay was in the shipping route. The item had been sent to a town next door and then went back to the main mailing hub in another state. This was all due to the fact that they do not ship to PO boxes. I advised them at the time of placing the order that this would cause a problem on my end, which it did, becasue I do not have a mail box. It was being sent USPS anyway, so I don't understand why it couldn't have been sent to a PO Box in the states. If it wasn't for the mailing issue, I would have given 5 stars.

Shipping Status

From the start the customer service was responsive and helpful. I needed a spring for an old rower. Fitness Parts Warehouse seemed to be the only company to have it in stock. However, the price for a simple spring was ridiculous, nearly $50. But it was that or a new rower ($$$). They did provide a military discount, which I appreciated. Once I made the purchase I did not get any status updates as far as shipping. I inquired and again recieved responsive communication. However, the customer service did not seem to have very good visibility of what was happening on the fullfilment end of the process. It took a week just to get the part to ship. It woudl have been nice to have better visibility of the shipping process in order to manage expectations. I know this is not Amazon, but as a society we have been conitioned for orders to ship within a couple days. After the week delay, the part shipped and arrived within 4 days of shipping via USPS. I recieved it and immediately installed the part and we are back up and running.

Very personable communication!
Had access to the right part for my old treadmill. Took a couple of weeks but the price was very reasonable compared to other suppliers. Very impressed.

Great for missing parts

I was missing a $30 part for a treadmill I paid 1500 for and almost had to throw it away but I found the part here! It was very easy to find the part I needed. My order was processed right away. Would highly recommend. Shipping was fast.

Poor communication concerning my order. Took my money before order was shipped. After repeated tries at communicating, over several days, finally got someone who stated my order might be shipped on the following Friday or Monday. Turns out it was shipped on the following Friday. My order came in good condition, and was the correct part. Otherwise one star.
