FFP has given my wife and me a detailed, workable plan for healthy lifestyle. It really helps to have a holistic plan that covers the whole range of sleep, nutrition, excercise, etc. The way it is set up has made it easy to settle into "the FFP weekly routine". The detailed videos of excercise routines are really helpful and done in such a positive/ encouraging way.
I have shed 50 pounds and kept it off for the past year and off of blood pressure and cholesterol meds.
If I would suggest one change, it would be to the podcast. The educational info that is provided on the podcast is great and I would like more of that.

I have been very satisfied with the response I have gotten from FFP. Last year I had rotator cuff, bicep problems, and torn Achilles tendon. I was not sure if I could workout at contacted FFP. I got a quick response from Ben and he explained that with all the injuries there was not much I could to until I healed. Although I was disappointed at not being able to exercise I took his advice and now I am back to normal and workouts are going great. I give a big thanks to Ben and FFP.
