This would receive ZERO stars if it were an option....

I called customer service to check on the credit line increase process. This card already comes with hefty fees (both annual AND monthly, which is kind of ridiculous) which basically add up to my initial credit limit, or close to it.

After waiting on hold for 30+ minutes, I was informed that credit line increases were "on hold" due to "market conditions"

I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was on hold again for a lengthy time. The rep came back on the line and said no one was available and she was still waiting. I asked her to explain again why they weren't giving credit increases, as in THEIR OWN terms and conditions, and all she did was sigh and repeat the same information very arrogantly and stated they are receiving a high volume of calls.

I insisted that she get a supervisor on the line and was put on another lengthy hold I finally spoke with a supervisor, who was very rude, unprofessional and condescending as well. With the amount of fees associated with this card, you'd think you would receive better service.

I am now rethinking my relationship with this card and would NOT recommend anyone wasting their time, as there are much better options available without the fees and hassle! I have a few months before the excessive fees kick in to determine weather or not to keep this card, but as of now, I am leaning on cancelling it unless customer service improves and credit limit increases are actually more than the fees associated with the card and it is viable to keep, otherwise, I'm out.
