Worst teledoc service I’ve ever encountered. No customer service. The company literally repeated my question back to me in ChatGPT format. When I reached out to customer care to have it reviewed, they stopped responding.
No not use this company.

While they were unable to help me with my specific problem (needed a doctor's note but didn't realize that they don't offer that service) the experience was positive and they offered a refund without any issues. I would reccomend Firstderm.com to anyone that needs it.
