Easy communication

Easy communication, fast and friendly service. I processed my refund quickly, and it was an excellent cause for donated glasses with the link given. This was the only pair I found too large for me, and the customer service rep said it was 8g heavier, which explains why they might slide off my nose more. The other pair in the BOGO deal fits nicely, and so have the ones I've purchased in the past.
