No answer from service about my questions. I bought the adapter and received it in normal expected time. There was no instructions in the box. I had a couple of questions to make sure I was putting it together correctly. no answer. Where does the two (2) pins with the points on them go? How tight does the large allen plug need to be? Do i use locktite on the large allen plug?

Switched to the Firefinex folding adapter after my cheaper one failed during a competition. The difference in quality is obvious from the first time you handle it. Lock-up is solid with zero play or wiggle when extended.

I have waited 18 days so far for the order(May 17,2025). I had to ask three times for a tracking number. Tracking shows that it still has not shown up at the post office (hasn’t shipped). Support has been little to none. Over 160$ which was charged immediately, of course, while I am waiting for 18 days. This is some piss-poor service, I am deeply unimpressed. Next stop is the credit card company.

Had some ideas for product improvements and sent them to the support email without expecting much. Got a thoughtful response explaining they'd pass my suggestions to the design team. Three months later they released an updated version with some of my suggestions.
