As a streamer, the components of the fast and consistent internet are a must to me. Though each time Fire Dog comes to the rescue. Nothing like lagging is happening now. The staff is really helpful and the way that they deal with their customer service is excellent. They have very good cybersecurity features. Without a doubt a five-star experience!

Our HOA just switched to Firedog in March and I'm completely unimpressed. We had Xfinity before and I've never been there biggest fan but Firedog is horrible compared to them. We've had major day long outages, latency issues and it seems customer service could care less. They blame the outages on AT&T or whoever but their lack of redundancy is the real problem. They didn't install routers in the units, just wireless devices out in the hallways so now good luck using internet or getting a phone call on my balcony. Ridiculous service.

After months of never ending drop outs with my old provider, I made the switch to Fire Dog. What a difference! The bond is firmer than a rock. They are very customer service oriented. The complementary antivirus and firewall software is the icing on the cake. I’m never switching back

Update June 30th: I increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars after speaking with leadership at Firedog. They implemented a status page (status.firedogssc.com) and are working toward tying this to the most recent operational update so customers will know what happened, what area is affected, and most important get an estimated time of repair. This is a big improvement and I was impressed that C.W. at Firedog reached out and said he was going to help make this right. I look forward to continued improvement.

April 23: Major outage in Panama City Beach lasting 24hours on April 23rd. Their support center had no idea what root cause was or an ETR.

Fire Dog has performed really well! I can stream, play games, and work without any issues because to the fast and dependable internet service. The customer service is always available, and the setup was completed quickly. For anyone looking for excellent service, I wholeheartedly recommend Fire Dog!
