Recommended by realtor. I called for a quote to get work done in my bathroom. Plumber was on time, friendly, and answered all my questions. He estimated the job to be around $700 and 5 hours. He admitted it was just an estimate, and could be a little higher. I assumed possibly to up $1000. He said I would get a full quote from his boss by Saturday, then he said the quote would be by Monday.
I didn't hear anything until Wednesday the following week. That already gives me a bad impression. Two missed deadlines for a quote.
President of sales called (I didn't answer) and sent me an email with a quote.
$1700 + 2 days labor.
Completely different than what the plumber estimated. I was furious. I trusted the plumber more on the time than the salesman.
President of sales person reminded me of an salesman I worked with long ago who would change quotes and jack up prices to maximize his commission.
I will absolutely never use this company.
