Never the color on the package!

I have been purchasing amaranth josephs coat for 5 years and have only gotten the color on the package once. I have bought probably 50 packets over the last 4 years with no success. I purchased them from Walmart and Lowes. I finally emailed them thinking I must be doing something wrong. NO REPLY! I gave them one star only because they germinate quickly and profusely. I only get the brown and red ones which I hate. Ordered from a new seed company today hope they can do better. I just don't trust buying them from ferry morse anymore.

Purchase five packs of old fashion

Purchase five packs of old fashion, garden mix, flowers, and when I opened them up, there was about a dozen seeds in each packet. Enough to cover the head of a pin. I kept thinking it was a mistake and kept opening them, and all were the same. $1.99 a packet. What a waste of money. Whenever I see this product name, I will keep walking

Misleading Customers

I placed an order online and received my items but the items that I purchased from this company were not what I expected, I called Customer Service and spoke with Donna who assist me with returning the products the company advertises free shipping, but failed to advertise if the items you purchased from the company didn't meet your expectation you would have to pay for the shipping back to receive the refund of your items. Nowhere on this website states You as the consumer would need to pay for shipping if you decided the items didn't meet your expectations. Shipping is expensive and everything is going up in this country this is ridiculous. If I would have known this before ordering my products all 15 items, I purchased from the company I most likely wouldn't order from this company and went elsewhere.

Order didn't arrive? They blame the post office

Ordered seeds online. After a week, tracking was still showing:
Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item
After an email to customer service, I got a reply blaming USPS. A phone call to customer service also blamed the post office, and I was told my order could not be cancelled because it was "on the way."
I order stuff all the time from other vendors and it shows up, or they take responsibility. Ferry Morse blames the post office. Avoid this company.
