I was sent the wrong items. When I reached out to customer support, I was sent a return sticker and asked to return the items. Then I should reorder. I should I have been sent the correct product immediately, instead of having to wait for a credit and then reordering, myself.

Items came in too late order on June 03 expecting to be delivered by June 07 before Father's Day. Items arrived on June 09 defective. Shampoo's were not secured and spilled all over the items. Only was able to use 1 package had to return all items. First time using this website very disappointed.
