When you contacted our office, it was explained that this is the extended coverage for your vehicle. You were not forced into this policy and the account was cancelled per your request.

I asked why we didn’t take care of this when I bought my new suv and they said the deals always wait. They made it sound like I was totally out of coverage when in fact I am still in full coverage with my dealer AND tricked me into paying them.

Do not buy

Do not buy! These guys make it look like you 100% need this product. You do not. They make it tough to cancel too. I requested a refund and will be taking action with my credit card company if I am not refunded.

I did not sign up for this service but…

I did not sign up for this service but I was basically threatened with my warranty on 6/11/2025 (which you don't have, I have mine through my car company). I mistakenly paid $175 which I didn't owe because I never signed up for this. On 6/17/2025, I confirmed the existence of my real warranty with my car company but couldn't get my money back from you. Do not contact me again and I will be warning EVERYONE I know that your company uses strongarm tactics and lies to swindle people out of their money.

I show you contacted our Company on 6/11 to set up the policy. There was no threats made to you on this phone call. The Representative went over the coverage and you authorized the purchase. You were not lied to about the policy, everything was explained to you by the Representative. We have no way of knowing if you had already purchased a policy with your dealer. I also show the down payment of $175 was refunded back to you when you contacted us to cancel the policy.

We do apologize for any miscommunication. After reviewing the call, the Representative never gave any false information regarding who we were or how the policy works. He stated "You can take our policy to any Mazda dealership nationwide". This is an accurate statement. Any policy you purchase is through a third party Administrator. Mazda only covers the vehicle under the Factory Coverage. When you purchase a policy directly through the dealership, it too is through a third party Administrator.

Per our tracking, it looks like the policy was delivered via USPS on 6/3/2025. If you did not receive the booklet, please contact Customer Service to send another one out.

The paper you received from our Finance Company was not a bill. That is a notice of acceptance.
