Emma & the team at Felicegals have been extraordinary. I asked A LOT of questions and didn't get the feeling of asking too much. They reassured me that my delivery would be completed on time, and we had to pull a couple of strings to make it happen. I had to steal a couple of rings from my fiancée's jewelry box to find the right size, and they told me I could get the ring resized if things didn't work out. I would 1000% recommend FeliceGals!

Pros:
-Took the ring to a professional jeweler. The stones and band were verified to be authentic. The ring overall is pretty.

Cons:
-the ring is not set correctly. The jeweler mentioned that the top of the kite diamond sits out from the base, leaving it too exposed.

-There is a flaw/chip in the tip of the diamond (was never worn before the jeweler looked at it).

-I’ll need to work with the jeweler to modify the ring band to protect the stone (Spend more to fix it).

-I never received specifics on the diamond weight.

It’s own fault for being outside of the return window before taking it in. Please be smart before buying. It’s not a good feeling knowing you could’ve just worked with jeweler and hand a complete product.
