I’ve recently tried kalm for about a week or a little over a week, now I’ll start with saying I bought this for being generally an anxious person. I’ve been an anxious person my entire life and also struggled with sleep for most my life. They go hand and hand. Then add in owning and running a business on top of all that and things can get a little heavy. So I took the jump and ordered it. I wasn’t expecting much, but to be honest. My sleep has insanely improved. I’m tired at night time and ready to go to sleep at a normal time (instead of being energized with anxious thoughts about the next day) -my wife has even noticed a Kalmer me, (see what I did there;) -Really neat stuff. I will 100% keep ordering to see more improvements in my daily anxious life. -if your like me and are just wired to be anxious then I would absolutely give this product a try. No if and or buts. Out of everything I have tried, this has been the best product to help with my anxiety and panic attacks. From the moment I started, I felt so calm and relaxed that I was able to laugh again and enjoy my day without experiencing any symptoms. It's like forgetting that you have anxiety. I've been using Kalm for about 2 weeks now, and I've got to admit I was pretty skeptical at first. I've tried everything for anxiety from supplements, to prescriptions, to breathwork, meditation, cold plunge, to even more detrimental habits like drinking alcohol. When I saw the ad for Kalm I thought I'd atleast give it a shot with all the other great reviews on it. For the first few days I really didn't feel anything, until my body went in to 'rest' mode and I slept more than I've slept in a LONG time. Day after day I noticed my mood did improve and the normal things that would trigger my panic became much more manageable. I haven't felt a need to take my prescription medicine at all after the first week of starting. I never really had any mental health issues growing up. I was pretty resilient. As I got closer to 40, however, things started to change. I noticed I was no longer as resilient as I once was. I felt like I was losing it somedays and I would feel depressed because of it. I did talk to a therapist at one point and was diagnosed with depression and put me on an SSRI. The SSRI worked for a few months and then it was back to feeling same way. The stress started to get to me again and I wasn’t sleeping because my mind wouldn’t go sleep and I would go to bed anxious and wake up the same way. Again, I was never an anxious person but maybe my lifestyle, lack of sleep, and working a stressful job lead to this. KALM's Mind Hack has been a most excellent tool to help me manage my anxiety and depression.
