The website is down and they don't respond to email. Who want to participate in a legal proceeding against the founders? Make a review if you want to join.

I wanted to transfer my crypto from their platform to another, and couldn't. They kept my funds as 'pending' since then. I contacted customer care and they placed me on a long queue, no responds up till now. I don't have access to my funds any more.

Fraud, Fraud, Fraud.
Its A Scam. Damn Master Fraud.
They are not an exchange but a piece of s(h)it which do not allow you to sell your coin to the market price. Actually they do not have a market price. They manipulate the price and whenever you try to sell at a certain price, they bring down the selling price.
Rubbish. Dont ever try to invest in Big Fat s(h)itbtc.

SCAM IN EVERY SINGLE WORD. THEY HAVE FAKE MARKETS THAT MAKE YOU THINK YOU ARE ACTUALLY TRADING. HOWEVER, THEY ARE ONLY TAKING YOUR MONEY TO STEAL IT. IF YOU PUT YOUR MONEY THERE, YOU LOST IT FOREVER. I LOST 300 USD WITH THEM.

Be careful. The Fatbtc exchange is a scam, they manipulate the market, they make you buy from them expensive and then sell them cheaper, making you believe that there is a market. Even when you place an order, you see how the graph goes up and down in a manipulated way. I do not recommend it at all. In addition, at the time of making the trade they sell you only a part so that later you can not sell more because you are left with a lower balance than the minimum trade, and thus they keep your money. Report this scam.

It's a dodgy exchange, they use trading bots to generate high volume and attractive prices to suck you in. When you actually take a position the bots move ahead of you and move the price down depending on your actions. Trades will occur on the exchange that will exclude your offers and bids at times as well.
If they were in the West they would be in jail! Avoid at all costs

Trading is slow/non-existent on small cryptos hard to sell at the current price, a lot of speculation of scamming, transfer fees from wallets are also too much, I want my money back
