Killswitch issue
I contacted support when the killswitch option didn't allow me to enable it. I had presumed that it could be done while connected to the DNS service, but learned that wasn't the case here, and the fix worked. Pretty fast response time, and no errors or problems with the usual chat support occurred.

It works as it should, I have tested this service before and I liked it.
I don't give it 5 stars because the Chrome and Firefox extensions are buggy and don't open all sites even with VPN turned off or on.
Otherwise impeccable! I recommend it.

UK servers don't work
UK servers don't work. They give authentication failed on openvpn connect using their own files. France doesn't work either. Contacted support twice but in both occasion the operator disappeared after a few messages. Lifetime subscriber. Have screenshots to prove this.

I bought this wanting it to be my first VPN and so I bought it. It wouldn’t let me redeem it. I’m being honest I went to the welcome to VPN website and it sent the email to my email. It said I haven’t completed my purchase, but all I have to do is contact support and they sent me the email and I worked perfectly fine After that. It was a great VPN for starters and I realized they gave me a pro version as a free upgrade that because their marketing team decided to and I confirmed with the support team and I bought the standard version just so you know, I think they’re very nice. I don’t even know about them, but they’re nice. And this is not advertised.

Had an issue today where my ISP details had to be reconfigured. Alden got it sorted in 20mins and I'm now good to go. I'm on the lifetime plan and tbh it's a bargain.
