We have been with Farmer Brown Insurance Agency for five years now, and we just renewed for our Liability Insurance for another year.
Mary Grace Alandria is probably the most efficient person I have ever worked with. My company works at a very fast pace and anytime I need a certificate of insurance, or any questions answered Mary Grace is always there to help. She is the reason we keep renewing with Farmer. I wish I could hire Mary Grace to work for me; I have been in this business for 26 plus years and have never worked with anyone that with the customer service experience that Mary Grace provides, and always with a cheerful position. Farmer Brown is very lucky to have someone like Mary Grace representing them.
