Deceitful

Deceitful! The agent misrepresented the flights available to generate a bigger commission. Asked for flights to and from LGA; agent says only JFK. Asked if there were less expensive seats available; agent said the other categories were not available…they were. Did not authorize charge as, while waiting on hold for 25 minutes, I merged the call with Amex; they booked my flight to and from LGA and there were/are seats available at less expensive prices if I don’t opt for priority boarding.
Additionally, their website is deceitful. Press on the hyperlink for their customer support and nothing happens. Why? Because they’re not farebuddy; rather fareobuddy and this deception is intentional. The other hyperlinks work yet if you want to respond to customer service and you type customerservice@farebuddy, it gets returned, just like they want it. Why doesn’t the hyperlink work? DECEPTION.
