Absolutely Useless......it buffers
Absolutely Useless......it buffers, it freezes, it drops connection, the screen blurs, audio skips......its is so frustrating it will spoil your favourite sporting events......dont do it to yourself. Dont waste your money. Its simply a terrible service.

do not waste your money, i am writing this review as im trying to watch live sports on fan pass and keeps buffering.(constantly) not even worth it !!!!!!!!! signed up 6 months . end up paying over 200. to watch one game or two games per week. and miss half the games. BIGGEST RIP OFF !!!. and no its not my internet.

What a miserable excuse for an app, a company and a service. Disgraceful!!
What a miserable excuse for an app. I got a brand new TV in 2018 and bought a fanpass since the TV came with the fanpass app. I also had the fanpass app on my PS4. It has not worked smoothly once. Not once. I have missed almost so much of the sport that fanpass promised to provide to me. I have been liaising by email with the fanpass support team since 7 Oct - just under 4 months and they simply do not respond most of the time. I do have some success on the ipad or iphone app - but when you buy a 55 inch TV which is supposedly supported you don't want to be watching the cricket on a 6 inch screen.
