Excellent Customer Service

Ruth was able to turn a negative experience with my order to a positive outcome with one call. She was able to set up a new order with shipping date confirmed and sent a follow up e-mail all in the same day as our conversation! She

I just wanted to take the time to thank Ruth for being the upmost professional. It was a joy and impactful call, just how she cares about the people calling and takes the time to get to know them well helping with the problem at hand. Received the Wrong Item

I received the wrong item. The photo from the listing which I purchased showed no damage. What I ended up receiving was in poor shape and damaged.

On their website they were advertising a damaged copy of similar to what I ordered for half the price (Again, what I ordered was supposedly in mint condition). What I received and the photos on this listing were identical.

In short, I paid more for a damaged copy they were advertising at half price.

I reached out to customer service and they were no help. Told me the warehouse said I was wrong and what I received was correct even though I sent them photos as proof.

Ultimately, I would just avoid the hassle of dealing with them.

dont expect delivery any time soon!

I ordered my sweatshirt on September 25, and its not supposed to ship until November 13. Almost 2 months to get product make sure people are aware if they want a gift fast or in a reasonable amount of time, not to order from Fanatics!
