The website is a nightmare to scroll…

The website is a nightmare to scroll through. $19.99 pants but the catch is it's only good for one pair. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth. forced $60 membership. This will be a one-time order and then I'm done with this company.

This place is deceptive and borderline…

This place is deceptive and borderline criminal. They constantly change the pricing on their products to present the image that you are saving money. The only time you are saving money is during the initial purchase. After that, you are charged monthly to earn credits. These credits are 59.99. they tell you it's good for items up to 100 dollars,but all they have done is increase the cost of the product to present the image you are saving money. For instance, I have 5 credits, I used 3 to buy 3 pairs of shorts that were listed at 64.95, but if I purchased them with my membership and paid cash they were 34.95. I elected to use a credit for each, and at the end the app stated I saved $105. They lied I may be saved $15 but I still had to pay a 3.75 tariffs tax, even though there are no tariffs active tariffs as they are on a 90day pause. This is just another money grab by the company . They constantly devalue the credit, so when you use them, you are not actually getting good value. There is nothing VIP about it. Straight up deception sales tactics and I wish someone would bring a class action lawsuit against them.

Membership not really worth it

Membership not really worth it when nothing I want is in in stock in my size, as well as the bundles not having more variations of combos so I feel like I have to use my vip credit on something that's not my first choice just to get the most value for money out of it.

More tops and bras without crossed straps in back

Ordering and checkout is always great. The issue is always that there are very few tops or bras that don't cross in the back, which causes so much pain in my shoulder and neck, that I cannot wear them. It would sure be nice, to see some fresh tops. And maybe a few more casual bottoms

Shopping is great but payment unsatisfactory

Shopping is great but the Checkout is very disappointing. It states $20 shopping credit but then it slows way down, I do not receive the full $20, it just gives you credit up to what you buy. Also, I really hate buying something with my VIP credit knowing that I can get it for 1/2 price if I want to give more money.

The prices seem a bit off and out of stock

The prices seem a bit off. Seems overpriced on purpose to get people to become "VIP" to get reasonable prices. There were some nice bundles but then alot of things are sold out so it's hard to find anything worth using the VIP credit on. I'd say improve on stock and maybe do custome bundles that actually have stock.
