This company is FRAUD 101 for-sure. They charge you twice a month. First charge is for $49.95 says it is for Fabkids. #1 I kept refusing the membership and was only purchasing items one time. Then A few days later I get a charge for Personalret for $49.95. I did not think anything about it. I just paid the bill. Well, now I’m seeing they did it to me in April and May and June but I’m fixing to stop the June one. Also, I have an email from them stating they would not charge me anymore and they’re already doing it again. When I did chat with them to cancel this membership that I know for a fact, I didn’t sign up for because I kept pushing NO Over And Over. The chat person told me to call there # to cancel. Now I know why. You will NEVER EVER get through. I was on the phone for 48 minutes and it kept coming in saying that I was still number 27 really? Such fraud. Well I promise you they are going to regret jacking with me and my money. If you have problems canceling with this FRAUDING COMPANY then I can tell you how I did it. I I went on there FB page and a nice guy IKE helped me. At least he was honest and did exactly what he said. Even sent me the cancellation email. Good Luck to anyone else who has FRAUD 101 with this company. I surly hope you get IKE also.

Mobile website is trash. Charged $50 a month for a credit but everything is less than $50 so it’s really just a big rip off. After this order I am canceling. Later ✌🏼

I think it is dumb that we are paying over 40 dollars for this credit and still have to pay to get it shipped regardless if it's shipping chost or taxes. The cloths are way to expensive.

Great options on Fabletics but not able to transfer credits. Stuck with nothing to buy. Not able to skip month if past time zone. Still 6/5 in my time zone.

I really want to rate this company a zero. I placed an order for my grandkids and didn’t realize I was signing up for a membership plan. After being deducted $49.99 twice I called to cancel and as of today they are still attempting to debit my credit card. Even though they have assured me that my “membership” is cancelled. I paid more in membership fees than I paid for my original order. Ripoff!!! Do not order from them.

The monthly VIP membership is a rip-off when the bundles, outfits, and other items end up on sale for a significantly lower price within that same month. I jist spent my 49.99 membership credit on a bundle you were saying for $25. This was across the site. Nothing was worth the value of my VIP credit.

Not a surprise that they responded to this comment saying their customer service team would reach out to me and never did….
My order has been sitting in a “label created status” for weeks. Called and was told they wouldn’t help me until the following week. Called again and was told they would rush ship the order. It’s been days and same thing, just sitting in a “label created status”. Will definitely be canceling after this.

So I already felt like they were overpriced but now that they add like $10 for tarrifs?!?! I'm definitely no longer interested. If I had known they were just products from China, I would have ordered from other places. You can find better almost anywhere else. Shoes don't last more than a week with my kids.

The main issue is my current order has shown EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING for 2 weeks with no update to where the items are. DHL and USPS tracking shows the same information. I placed an order on 04/04/2025 with items for Easter for my children. As of today, 04/16/2025, I have not received the items and no update on shipping location. My previous order from 03/10/2025 was initially delayed as well. I have cancelled my membership due to the shipping issues. FabKids may want to check into a difference shipping vendor.
