Awesome customer service, I work with Tesla in Fremont, CA as a machinery maintenance technician. I had a pair of my safety glasses fall off my face while upstairs by the time I could get down to them a forklift already ran them over. I contacted customer service, and they assisted me by getting my prescription to the lab and start my new order immediately. Awesome company and awesome customer service!

I don't know if it's because of the integration with my company or what, but the EyeWeb BoydGroup UX and navigation is atrocious. Get some coding kids from a local college and make a better page.
