Dry eyes after cataract surgery

Since cataract surgery over a year and a half ago, I started suffering with severe dry eye, blepharitis, meibomian gland dysfunction and ocular rosacia, none of which I had before the surgery. I tried every device and every supplement along with every eye drop that promised relief. The only one that actually worked for me has been the REALief eye wipes! These wipes help so much and I am so grateful for this company.

Dry Eye Relief

I have been enjoying the dry eye relief I have been experiencing when I use the EYEMOS Mask. I need to work it into my regular schedule because I really believe that it does help. I usually use it on 45 degrees and the first massage. I’m so glad I found this device. —Julia

Cannot deliver timely and are not…

Cannot deliver timely and are not reliable. I asked that my order for eye wipes be canceled because of their delay and the company has refused to cancel my order. I would not recommend doing business with Eyemos

Dry eye relief at last


Received mine today have had two seasions and are in love 🥰 I hope to aee these in pharmacys in future how amazing are the people who develop these things! I swear i havent put my glasses on for hours ! Very happy and only wish id bought two now one for my Man 💛 Thankyou so very much 👁👁🙏🏻

EYEMOS promises full refund, but only if you pay to send the mask to their HQ in Australia

Hi, Taylor! I see you have just responded to my review of Jan, 18, 2025. Eventually, after much effort on my part, your company agreed to return $20, of the $55 I paid, to me. As it would have cost about $25 for me to mail your product back to Australia, I gave up my effort to get a full refund as your website so prominently offers on all its ads. Eventually, EUEMOS credited my card with $20, I was out hust over $30, and just two weeks ago I finally tossed your eyemask into the garbage. I suppose that is a resolution of sorts. I still cant recommend the product as I found it to be ineffective and the refund policy misleading.

Had a minor issue!

Thank you to Dianne for promptly helping with my request,. I had a minor issue that required a replacement and they were quick to acknowledge that and send me one. I didn’t want a refund as I was seeing some relief by using the mask, and have been able to reduce my constant use of drops. Would recommend the eye mask and the customer service.

I am so happy with the results

It took a little bit of adjusting the mask to feel like the vibration was in the right spot, but I am so happy with the results. It actually gets warm enough to make a difference, and having it consistently warm sure beats the microwave heat that lasts a short time. At first the higher temperature didn't work, but a quick email solved that (I needed an a2 block). Dianne from support has been very helpful.

I am so glad

I am so glad I invested in this for myself. I have been suffering from dry, sore tired eyes for over a year. It was disrupting my sleep, and I ended up with an ulcer in one eye. My doctor had prescribed many drops but nothing helped for more than a few hours, and the one that helped the longest wasnt on prescription so was costing me a lot.
I have my mask plugged in by my bed, I put it on as soon as I wake up, and once I am in bed at night. My eye pain has gone away, I no longer need to use expensive drops and it helps me drift off to sleep easily, what a bonus in menopause! So grateful 🥰

I have tried many

I have tried many, many things looking (pun intended) for some relief from the irritation from my dry eyes. One thing that has noticeably helped at night has been the gels with sleeping with silk eye masks. Nothing has helped like the Eyemos product though. At first I used it several times a day but now it seems like once a day is doing the trick. A friend said to me recently, “You haven’t mentioned your eyes hurting lately.” I suppose I’ve been complaining all these years.

Not bad

Im finding my mask helpful in managing my dry eye. I prefer to use water spray which leaves my eyes moist and hydrated after. The only negative i would say it is that it had a bit of a neoprene smell when opened. I had to wash it immediately, since then its not bad. I would recommend this product though.

Bad product

As others have said, it doesn't even reach your eyelids. My bruder mask is so much more effective and I thought this would be a better alternative. Yeah, offered 50% back for not returning it. I told them, why would I want to keep this if it's not working. Waiting for the next email. I want a FULL refund.

Eyemos Eyemask Does Not Work!

Received product February 3rd and ordered two with a special offer totaling $84.00 which included a no risk trial for 30 days. The mask did not reach my eyelids; it is too big for the face; it should ONLY cover the eye area. It is ill-constructed. So, I emailed them on Feb 11th, and they said they would help me with the return but needed a photo. I remained professional throughout all eight (8) emails back and forth (Feb 11th – 27th); they asked many questions, as well as, suggested various options for wearing it. I kept requesting a refund. They offered this option “Instead of the hassle of returning the mask and covering the return cost, we can offer you a 30% partial refund as a gesture of goodwill if you're willing to keep the Eyemask.” I said no thank you. Then they offered a 50% refund, and finally in their next email, offered a 70% refund. I accepted the 70% refund. I think they would have eventually refunded the total amount, but I was willing to accept a 70% refund. This eye mask DOES NOT relieve dry eye symptoms. It's important to READ REVIEWS about products before purchasing as there are so many SCAMS out there!

That’s a frustrating experience, and you’re right to be annoyed. It shouldn’t take eight emails to sort something out — we dropped the ball there.

We’ve since made changes to our return process so customers don’t get stuck in long back-and-forths like this again. And while many people do get real relief from our mask, we understand it’s not one-size-fits-all — especially when comfort and fit are this personal.

False Promises on Free Trial no risk

Received product Dec 27th and ordered two with a special offer totalling $84.00. What was I to lose as it offered a no risk trial for 30 days. The mask would not reach my eyelids to use and I contacted them on Jan 9th, Jan 10th, Jan 14th, and on Jan 15th they said they would help me with the return but needed a photo. As I was away, I could not send the photo until Feb 12th. Now they are saying to try wearing the mask backwards or they can only offer me 30% back.
What a SCAM! Don't waste your time as they are not standing behind what they advertise.

Mask runs VERY large

I did not care for the mask as it does not fit over the eyes and provide the heat comfort that is needed. I got the run around when I asked to return it but after several emails, I was given a US address to return it so I got refunded. My advice - choose your mask carefully!!

Terrible Hidden Return Policy Location

The eye masks are good quality, but there is a gap between the heated section of the mask and it doesn’t make contact with my eyes. The heated air is not sufficient to unclog my eye glands and help with dry eyes. When I contacted EYEMOS for a return, they asked for photos of the masks and then said I can ship them at my expense back to AUSTRALIA from Los Angeles, CA! They intentionally left that part off their website under their return policy. By making the return shipping really expensive, I am less likely to return the product. If they have a distribution location in the US, that location should also accept the returns. Unethical business practice! Do NOT buy from this company! There are plenty of quality dry eye masks on Amazon. So aggravating!

At the time of your request, we didn’t yet have a return hub in the US, but we now do — and all returns from the US are processed domestically to avoid exactly this kind of inconvenience.
