Exceptional service

I took my daughter to get her exam and was quoted a price of 582.00 for her to get ray ban glasses there. I took her script looked online and found same pair on eyeglasses4all and same frames and lenses costed me 148.00. I was nervous after reading some of the reviews but after ordering them on Feb 18th, I received an email that they shipped on Feb 22 and I received them today on Feb 25th. Prescription is good and frames are exactly what I ordered. Very pleased.

Good experience

Ordered very reasonably priced glasses. Didn't arrive so I called and customer service was wonderful. They were suspecting a problem with their new USPS guy who might be stealing and selling the merchandise. Empty box showed up on my door 2 days later. I called and they believed that this was true, sent me out another pair immediately and with upgraded shipping. They were very apologetic. Good experience overall!

Do not buy from this company

If I could give them zero stars I would! I wish I had read the reviews on this site before buying from them. First off when I placed my order, I received a notice saying I typed my zip code wrong and to type it agin. After checking my information and making sure it was correct, I submitted my order again but once again received the same notice. Knowing nothing was wrong I check my bank to find they charged me TWICE! I sent an email because the phone lines were closed but never received a response. I called when they were open and talked to a lady named Rebecca who was very rude! When I told her what happened she told me it was my fault for putting in the wrong zip code, my banks is the one who double charged me, to call my bank and not to bother calling them again with this problem. They can't help me.When I called my bank they explained it has nothing to do with them, it was this company. My bank three way called them and only once telling them that they would put in a dispute against them did they fix the situation. Although, it took them 2 days to get the money back. I am beyond mad at this company.

initially frieghtened but turned out great!

First, I have to say I am NOT a representative of this company because I feel there are so many good reviews of companies who were made by members of that organization. I saw the sunglasses that I wanted at a Michael Kohrs store but being the frugal person I am I did not want to spend $100 for last seasons pair of sunglasses so I decided to look online. Eyeglasses4all.com had the cheapest price and after reviewing the mixed reviews I decied to take a chance with a credit card I trust to give me a refund. I ordered my glasses on a Sunday. Recieved an email on Monday afternoon notifying me of a backorder on the glasses. At that time I became frightened and emailed back I wanted to cancel my order because their status had said "in stock". I was unable to contact them via phine so I relied on email. I called a multitude of other companies who had "in stock" status on their websites but was told they were on backorder as well with longer wait times than eyeglasses4all.com had given me. I decided to proceed with my order with eyeglasses4all.com. I periodically would recieve updates from the company, they were very helpful and informative. I ended up receiving authentic Michael Kohrs glasses with a case and lense cleaner before my expected delivery date. I ultimately have been happy with my purchase and would recommend eyeglasses4all for anyone that wants stock sunglasses for cheap!

Won't buy from them again

Ordered a pair of glasses and paid $19.99 to be shipped in 3 days with a 1-4 days of processing, should have been the max 7 days!!! It took 11 days to get them!!! Wrote costumer service about it .... It's been 3 days and NO answer about it!! I shop online a lot, ever happened.... I do not recommend buying from them, pay a little more on other page that are responsible for what they offer in shipping fees and time!!!

Got a great deal and order was delivered within a week.

"I have made five separate orders from Eyeglasses4all including five eyeglass frames and one sunglass frame. Every order has gone smoothly and arrived quickly. One set of frames went on backorder as the frames were sold out, but they rung me and said so straight away. I rung around some other retailers who said they didn't have the frame in stock either. There are cheaper online retailers but I prefer to buy from eyeglasses4all as their service is superb.
