Still Waiting on My Prescription—Customer Left in Limbo Amid Ongoing Investigation with no clear timeline or update
I placed my prescription order on June 10th, and it was supposed to arrive the following week. Nothing ever came—it’s still showing as “out for delivery.” When I called, the representative told me that if I didn’t receive it by the next day, she would initiate an investigation. She followed through, but since then I’ve spoken with three different reps, and all they’ve said is that it’s still under investigation with no timeline for resolution or when I’ll receive my order. Spoke with a Rep today and said she's taking over my case and will keep me updated. I truly hope so! I don't typical do bad reviews, but this has been very frustrating.
This entire delay stems from issues they’re having with the mail carrier. But why should your customers be left waiting indefinitely? The right thing to do would be to resend the order while you continue sorting out the issue on your end. I'm still waiting and today 6/27 with no resolution. They need to do better!

First and Last Pair I Order
I ordered my son's first pair from this company, after purchasing from another online company in the past (no issues with them, my insurance just changed). The glasses came, and they were visibly different from one lens to the other from straight out of the box. One lens appeared to have a prescription and the other did not. My son could not wear the glasses and said it made his eyes worse, instantly. I called and let them know that the prescription was wrong. They told me I needed to go get an updated prescription from the eye doctor, which the prescription is 100% fine and done within the last few months. Then they told me I had to take it (and pay) for another optometrist to read the glasses prescription and send that to them. If they find that they made a mistake I would have to send the glasses back and once received, they would remake them. So, basically a months process to get the glasses "fixed". Had they had better quality control I wouldn't have to depend on another provider to verify the prescription they put into their product. The left eye should be +2.25 and right should be +1.75. I had them read and the left eye in the glasses they made was -.25. Where is the quality control and the assurance?
