Wrong prescription, cheaply made glasses

You guys got my prescription totally wrong and refused to fix it! The glasses were cheaply made as well, felt like they came from the dollar store. No refund offered or anything, glasses went straight into the garbage! Also terrible service when trying to get help to fix the issue, they didnt care, only cared about getting their money they already took from me. Will Never recommend this place to anyone!

What didn't go wrong

What didn't go wrong. The advertising was BOGO however I ended up paying over $400. Then trying to cancel when they weren't even shipped yet was not happening. When I asked they said they were already shipped but they were not. Then trying to get a tracking number was like pulling teeth. On top of everything, because I'm from Canada I had to pay for customs. So ridiculous and the glasses are cheaply made taboot. Never again I tell ya, NEVER AGAIN!

Had to send both unsellable pairs back, despite passing quality control?

Waited about 3 weeks for two pairs of blue light blocking glasses to arrive. Upon receiving them and trying them on, I noticed a big chip on the frames on one and a dented scratch on the other lenses. It’s been more than a week since I sent them back out and haven’t heard anything back from them. I’m sad I have to wait a little longer for new pairs of glasses.

This place is horrible best way to get eye glasses is to go in person. Eyebogo is a total rip off you order glasses and if the glasses don’t fit and want to return they want to give you 50% of the purchase because they don’t take back re used frame they just scammers. Best advice go in person to try on glasses.

I've used EyeBOGO 2 times now. My first pair of sunglasses were stolen from my car. I ordered an exact replacement & am very happy that I did.

The process of ordering is quite easy. It helps to review a bit of glasses & prescription nomenclature ahead of time. Also, having a current prescription helps.

Manufacturing & shipping time are extremely efficient and the quality of my new glasses is wonderful.
