I have a fused neck and expressed that I can only be adjusted on my neck with a actuator pen . The chiropractor acknowledged that yes he saw it on the computer and heard me . He proceeds to have me sit on the table and uses a massage gun on my neck. I have been in pain since . Now two weeks later my pain radiates from my neck down both arms and shoulders. They offered to make it right ??? How by reversing the nerve damage they caused ?!! I have spent 300 in therapy and still hurt . No phone calls , just a reply on an email and try to act concerned. Would not recommend 😕 😐 😒

Dr Marc and the entire team at Express Chiropractic are amazing!
